Tips For Using Fabric Stamps
- Pre-wash and dry your fabric to avoid shrinking after the stamp mark is applied.
- Make sure that the fabric is completely dry before stamping. Ironing can help dry the fabric and create a smooth surface for stamping.
- Place a piece of material under the layer of fabric when applying the ink to avoid staining your table.
- When working with multiple layers of fabric (like clothing, t-shirts, etc...), place a thick piece of protective material (like cardboard) between the layers, so the ink doesn't bleed through.
- Test your stamp on scrap fabric first to get the best impression.
- Press and hold the stamp down firmly for a few seconds to enable ink absorption.
- Allow 24 hours to dry before first washing.
