If there is any typographical error or problem with the color of your order, regardless of how the error occurred, we will remake your order, in part, or in full, to rectify the situation. Simply call us or return your order within 30 days of purchase, along with instructions on how to correct the error. We are more interested  in a long term relationship with you, than the cost it will take to correct your order. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality, speed, and the best customer service we can.

Refunds: 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Return Shipping Cost:

For products that are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, if it is necessary to return the product, a return shipping label will be provided for you at no cost. For orders that do not meet your specific needs but are correct as ordered and undamaged, customers will be required to pay for shipping to return the order for a refund. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and the product must be in the original condition that it was received in. 

Return Process:

To return a defective item, please email customer service at sales@stamp-connection.com to obtain a shipping label. Once received, place the item securely in its original packaging and place your return shipping label on the package. To return an item for a refund or to fix an error, send your product to the address listed below along with your original order , invoice, or sales receipt number, and a note stating what we are to do with the contents in the package.
